A Renovation of carpenters training center constructed into a 15-bed dementia/Alzheimer’s care shared living facility. The construction required all new building utilities including water service, fire protection, electrical service, HVAC systems, security and special entrance and egress systems. The space consisted of offices, med-room, daytime activity spaces, individual and double resident rooms, laundry, kitchen, dining and a living room space for residents. We self-performed all demolition and carpentry. The facility also required IDPH compliance.
