New construction of a multi-story new facility addition and remodel. The new five story addition had to be erected next to the existing facility to keep the bank in working conditions to satisfy their consumer's needs. The building consisted of a lower level, two levels for the bank facility, three levels for future tenants, and a multi-lane drive-up area. The construction includes structural steel, joist, metal panels and curtain wall system, hot water VAV HVAC system.
