Complete demolition of a call center space with extensive installation of underground plumbing. The space includes exam rooms, treatment rooms, boutique, and patient education library all focused on women’s health. Special features include fireplace, water wall, three skylights, and extensive VAV re-heat HVAC system. A very extensive millwork package was the true token of this project.
