Build out of existing shelled space. The construction included all underground plumbing, electrical and pouring of the floor. The build out was a general medical clinic space and includes a radiology suite, lab and procedure room. The HVAC system was rooftops with VAV zone controls, electric reheats and temperature control communication back to SwedishAmerican Hospital’s engineering department.
